365 Mechanix has kicked off 2026 with three significant appointments, reinforcing its commitment to scaling capability across sales, marketing, and delivery as demand continues to grow for Microsoft-based business applications, AI, and financial services solutions.

The new hires reflect a deliberate investment in both go-to-market leadership and deep delivery expertise, supporting 365 Mechanix’s continued expansion across Financial Services, Contact Centres, ERP, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

Driving Growth and Market Presence: Benny Olsson Joins as Sales & Marketing Manager

365 Mechanix is pleased to welcome Benny Olsson as Sales & Marketing Manager, bringing extensive experience across Microsoft Business Applications, customer experience, and strategic business development.

In his role, Benny will focus on driving growth and market presence for 365 Mechanix’s Microsoft Business Applications practice, including its leading collections solution 365 Collect, as well as solutions across Financial Services, CCaaS, Copilot, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. He will work closely with customers, partners, and internal delivery teams to shape go-to-market strategy, refine value propositions, and help organisations clearly understand how Microsoft technologies can deliver tangible business outcomes.

A key strength Benny brings to the team is his ability to translate complex technology into clear, outcome-driven narratives, ensuring customers can see how Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI-driven solutions address real-world challenges across collections, contact centres, case management, workflow automation, and digital transformation.

Benny’s career spans sales, solution consulting, and IP-focused marketing within the Microsoft ecosystem, with a consistent focus on simplifying complexity and designing scalable, modular solutions that work in the real world. His background aligns strongly with 365 Mechanix’s practical, outcomes-first approach.

Outside of work, Benny has a wide range of interests, from freediving and bushwalking to music, video production, home renovations, and travel.

Scaling Delivery and Operations: Graham Rock Appointed Head of Delivery and Operations

Also joining the leadership team is Graham Rock, who steps into the role of Head of Delivery and Operations, bringing decades of experience across delivery leadership, system integration, and the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

In his role, Graham is focused on developing a deep understanding of 365 Mechanix’s systems and processes, including system and information integration, to enable more streamlined service delivery for both internal teams and customers. A key priority is improving visibility across the consulting pool (including skills, availability, experience, and certifications) ensuring the business can scale capability and capacity efficiently as customer demand grows.

Graham’s career spans more than 30 years across the Microsoft vendor and partner ecosystem, during which he has worked in over a dozen countries. His background covers development, infrastructure, system integration, messaging, environment management, automation, and, more recently, the rapid evolution of AI, machine learning, and large language models.

He brings deep expertise in building and leading high-performance teams, providing technical pre-sales leadership, supporting professional development, and delivering business insight through data aggregation and visualisation. Over the last decade, Graham has worked extensively across Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with a particular focus on integration and data-driven decision support.

Outside of work, Graham enjoys sport (football, basketball, and motorsport), music, cooking, and entertaining.

Strengthening Delivery Expertise: Stephen Setukavalar Appointed Senior Consultant

Also joining the team is Stephen Harendra Setukavalar, who takes on the role of Senior Consultant, further strengthening 365 Mechanix’s ERP delivery capability.

Stephen will focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, working primarily in a functional consulting capacity. His role centres on designing and implementing business processes that improve efficiency and deliver meaningful, measurable value for clients.

Stephen brings a deep and diverse consulting background. He began his career as a Pascal developer working on bespoke ERP solutions, before moving into consulting roles focused on understanding business needs and delivering effective, end-to-end solutions. His career includes senior consulting and leadership roles at PwC, where he worked across Dynamics NAV and multiple ERP modules, as well as Virtusa, where he held roles including Product Owner, Lead Analyst, and Client Success Manager across complex enterprise platforms such as Oracle and Salesforce.

Stephen’s expertise spans ERP and CRM, enterprise architecture, and large-scale digital transformation, making him a strong addition to the 365 Mechanix delivery team. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, maintaining aquariums, reading, and travelling.
